Chads place is great! The location is stunning. The sunrise and sunsets are breathtaking. The extra amenities make an already incredible stay that much better. We loved having the use of the kayaks and paddle boards Sitting on the deck with the fire pit going after a long day out in the sun was our favorite way to end the day. We can’t wait to come back!
Chad is an amazing host. He made me feel welcome and at home right away. The home is amazing and the view of the water is stunning. I hope I have the pleasure of staying here again in the future, and will look for this place when I visit again. I highly recommend!

Chad was responsive from the moment we booked his beautiful home until the moment we checked out. He has thought of everything to make the stay a restful experience. He was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the stay. The home is down a quiet street near beautiful beaches and has access to the river which we enjoyed kayaking on.
